1. Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain.
  2. In a saucepan heat together 3 tbsp of butter and plain flour.
  3. Cook over a low heat for 3 minutes
  4. Slowly add milk and nutmeg
  5. Stir until mixture is thick, then set aside
  6. In another pan heat remaining butter and cook bacon and mushrooms.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese
  8. Stir through until cheese is melted.
  9. Add the white sauce, stir, then serve.
