1. Rub fresh breadcrumbs with some olive oil. Scatter onto a baking tray and bake at 180°C for about 5 minutes or until golden.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the Fettuccine according to the packet directions.
  3. In a separate pan, gently fry onion and garlic with a dash of olive oil until golden and fragrant. Add rosemary, olives and the Carbonara sauce and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Toss sauce through the Fettuccine, then sprinkle with the golden breadcrumbs
