Method

  1. Cook Fettuccine according to pack directions, drain.
  2. Lightly pan fry onion & garlic in a little olive oil.
  3. Add cooked fettuccine to the onion & garlic. Toss through.
  4. Add salmon, capers & feta cheese to pan. Combine well.
  5. Heat for 5 minutes. Serve.
