Fettuccine with Salmon and Capers

Ingredients
400g San Remo Reg No12 Fettuccine
1 tbsp capers, or more to taste
Olive oil, for cooking
1 small clove garlic, crushed
400g smoked salmon
1 red onion, chopped
200g feta cheese, crumbled or cut in small cubes
Method
Cook Fettuccine according to pack directions, drain.
Lightly pan fry onion & garlic in a little olive oil.
Add cooked fettuccine to the onion & garlic. Toss through.
Add salmon, capers & feta cheese to pan. Combine well.
Heat for 5 minutes. Serve.
