1. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add garlic and chilli.
  4. Add pork to pan and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in red wine and simmer until reduced by half.
  6. Add tin of peeled tomatoes and cook gently for 10 mins.
  7. Drain pasta and add to sauce.
  8. Mix through and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with parmesan to serve.
