-
Blitz all meatball ingredients in a food processor until combined.
-
Use 1 tablespoon dollops to form meatballs (the mixture may be sticky, using flour on your hands will help, balls do not need to be perfectly round). Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
-
Generously drizzle olive oil in a frying pan and place meatballs in.
-
Use tongs to gently rotate balls to brown each side, this will take 8-10 minutes (add more oil as needed when rotating).
-
Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, add the Gnocchi and cook as per packet directions.
-
Heat San Remo Bolognese Sauce in a small saucepan. Add cooked meatballs and gently stir through sauce.
-
Add cooked Gnocchi to saucepan and gently stir to combine all ingredients.
-
To finish top with basil leaves, parmesan and an optional sprinkle of chilli flakes.
-
Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
