Green Broccoli Pesto Little Stars 12+ months

Ingredients
San Remo Little Stars Nursery Pasta 200g
30 basil leaves
60g baby spinach leaves
2/3 cup of pine nuts (or sunflower seeds to make it nut free for school)
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
8 florets of broccoli
Method
Cook the pasta and steam the halved broccoli florets on top.
Dry pan fry the pine nuts and then blitz them in a blender together with the oil, spinach and basil leaves and lemon juice.
Stir the steamed broccoli through the pesto and serve on top of the pasta or alternatively, stir the pasta through the broccoli and pesto.
