1. Cook San Remo Ready Pasta Spaghetti according to the packet directions.
  2. In a bowl, add avocado and mash it up. Then add tomato, red onion, jalapenos,
    cumin, lemon juice and coriander and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide pasta between two bowls, top with guacamole and garnish with coriander. Enjoy!
