1. Heat olive oil in large pot, add pork fillet and brown all sides.
  2. Remove pork fillet from pot, set aside to cool, then dice into small cubes. Return to pot.
  3. Add garlic and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add stock to pot and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add risoni and gently cook with lid on pot for 8 minutes or until risoni is just al dente, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add beans and crushed tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Stir through basil and serve immediately.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
