Method

  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions. Allow pasta to cool down.
  2. Meanwhile, add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, artichokes, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and basil to a serving bowl and mix well.
  3. Add pasta into the bowl and drizzle with olive oil, crumble feta and sprinkle salt, pepper and red wine vinegar.
  4. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
