1. Into a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a pan, melt the butter and olive oil, then add the chilli and garlic and fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the parsley, basil, lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  4. Once the pasta is a minute from being ready, transfer the pasta and a splash of cooking water to the sauce and toss to combine.
  5. Serve with Parmigiano cheese and cracked black pepper.
