1. Fry off onion in non-stick pot (no oil)
  2. Add minced meat – cook til browned
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, napolitana sauce
  4. Steam carrot, broccoli, zucchini and capsicum
  5. Add steamed vegetables
  6. Add corn kernels, lentils and mushrooms
  7. Stir, bring to boil and then simmer for half an hour.
  8. Cook pasta according to packet directions.
  9. Serve sauce with cooked & well-drained San Remo pasta
