1. Heat the oil and garlic in a large pan. Add tomatoes and cook on a medium heat for 3 to 5 mins, stirring occasionally. Cook until tomatoes just start to collapse.
  2. Remove the garlic and add the rocket and stir. Turn down the heat to low.
  3. Cook pasta as per packet directions and strain.
  4. Add the feta to the pan and turn off the heat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place pasta into the pan and mix together and serve.
