1. In a pot of boiling water cook Little Stars Nursery Pasta as per packet directions until al dente then drain and leave to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil in a small frying pan over a medium heat and sauté the onion until soft.
  3. Add the remaining vegetables and thyme and cook for about 5 minutes, or until veggies are soft.
  4. Pour in the cream and cheese and stir until cheese has melted. Toss through the pasta and serve.
