1. Cook pasta according to packet directions, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in pot, add chicken and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add celery, carrot and onion.
  3. Add chicken stock and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on.
  4. Add pasta back into the pot and serve immediately.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
