1. While the risoni pasta is cooking, lightly heat up your corn and kidney  beans in a pan.
  2. Plate up the cold avocado and cherry tomatoes while waiting.
  3. When the pasta is ready, drain and rinse in cold water to cool it down. Plate it up and top with the kidney beans, corn and a wee dollop of Greek or plain natural yoghurt.
  4. This meal is the perfect finger food for a little one around 9 months or more to start perfecting their pincer grip.
