Place a large pot of salted water on to boil.

Once boiling add the Orrechiette and cook until al dente according to pack instructions.

In a heavy based fry pan, add the olive oil and the chopped pancetta and Saute until the pancetta renders its fat and starts to colour.

Add the garlic and chilli and cook until the garlic turns golden.

Add the prawns and season with salt and black pepper, then add the peas and the chicken stock and bring to the boil.

Add the Pasta then toss in the parsley and pecorino.

Taste for seasoning and serve straight away.
