1. Cook pasta according to packet directions.
  2. In a frypan on a medium heat add the oil, once warm add the zucchini and cook until it begins to take on colour then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Next add the prawns and turn the heat down. Cook until the prawns have change colour slightly then add the thyme leaves and the peas.
  4. Once the prawns are cooked through add the cooked pasta and a dash of the pasta water to the sauce. Mix together then remove from the heat.
  5. Add the lemon zest and juice, taste for seasoning and add if needed. Just before serving add the zucchini flower petals and very gently mix through.
