1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add the onion and sauté for a few minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
  2. Add the tin of crushed tomatoes and bring to the boil. Add basil and let sauce thicken for a few minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook San Remo Ready Pasta Spaghetti according to the packet directions.
  4. Add spaghetti to tomato sauce and stir to coat. Serve between two bowls and top with parmesan and some extra basil leaves.
