Ready Pasta Spaghetti with Burnt Butter & Sage

Method

1. Melt butter in a small fry fan. Once it starts to caramelize add the sage and season with salt and pepper.
   
2. Cook the pasta as per packet directions, then add to the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of water and toss all together.
3. Top the pasta with pecorino cheese and serve.
