					Preheat oven to 200ºC.

					Spread pumpkin, feta and garlic on a baking tray, season with oregano, thyme, onion power, turmeric, salt and pepper and a drizzle of oil.

					Bake pumpkin for 25 minutes or until tender.

					Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.

					Once pumpkin is roasted, reserve a few cubes of pumpkin and set aside. 
				
			 
					- 
				
					Stir broth through remaining pumpkin and feta to make a creamy mixture. 
				
			 
					- 
				
					Stir creamy pumpkin mixture through cooked and drained pasta.
				
			 
					- 
				
					Divide pasta into bowls and garnish with reserved pumpkin cubes, a few cubes of feta and thyme leaves.
