1. Preheat oven to 200ºC.
  2. Spread pumpkin, feta and garlic on a baking tray, season with oregano, thyme, onion power, salt and pepper and a drizzle of oil.
  3. Bake pumpkin for 25 minutes or until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  5. Stir through broth, roasted pumpkin and feta.⁠
  6. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
