1. Heat a small pan and add the olive oil. Pop in the salmon along with the frozen peas and grated carrot and cook for around 3 minutes. Use a fork to mash them down while you are cooking.
  2. At the same time, cook the risoni pasta in boiling water for around 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta, rinse and cool slightly. Add it back to the salmon and mix to combine.
  4. If your baby is not as advanced with texture yet, you can blend this a bit more to a smoother consistency in a blender. You might need to add a tablespoon of water to help. Otherwise just use the back of your fork.
