San Remo Trivelle Mac’n’Cheese w Chicken & Corn

Ingredients
300g San Remo No. 17 Trivelle Spirals
120g baby spinach
2 cups, shredded leftover roast chicken
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup sour cream
600ml thickened cream
2 tbsp mustard
6 spring onion, sliced
1 cup grated mozzarella
1/2 cup parmesan
420g tinned corn
1/4 cup chopped chives
Method
Preheat oven to 180ºC
Into a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet instructions.
Place all the ingredients, except for the chives in a deep baking tray.
Mix well to combine
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve garnished with chopped chives and enjoy with family and friends!
