1. Cook pasta according to packet directions.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add sausage meat and cook for 4 minutes or until opaque. Breaking meat with a spoon.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Next add the beans and chicken stock. Cook for 3 minutes. Add spinach and wilt.
  5. Strain pasta and add to pan. Add the butter, parsley and stir through.
  6. Reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Finally, season to taste and fold through pecorino.
