1. In medium saucepan stir-fry diced onions in oil for 5 minutes then add mince and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese, bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes, or until thick.
  3. Cook pasta according to instructions, drain and serve topped with bolognaise sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
