This one is for the pasta rebels! Spaghetti All’Assassina, or’ Assassin’s Spaghetti,’ breaks all the traditional Italian rules – in the most delicious way possible. Instead of being boiled, the pasta is cooked straight in a rich, spicy tomato sauce until it starts to go crispy, caramelised, and packed with flavour.
This bold fiery dish is for those who like their pasta with a bit of attitude. Perfect for a quick, exciting mid-week dinner or for impressing friends and family with a delicious and daring twist on spaghetti.
