Method

  1. Place tomatoes and feta in a microwave safe dish, sprinkle over oregano, chilli (if using), olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Microwave on high for 3.5 minutes or until the tomatoes have collapsed and the feta has melted. Stir well to create a sauce.
  3. Heat spaghetti as per packet instructions and place in the sauce with the chopped parsley.
  4. Stir well to combine and serve.
  5. Enjoy with family and friends.
