In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet instructions.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium saucepan on a medium heat.

Add mushrooms and cook until softened, approximately 3-5 minutes.

Add chorizo and cook until browned, approximately 2 minutes

Add capsicum and sundried tomatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Pour in San Remo Tomato, Onion and Garlic sauce and the chilli flakes to saucepan. Allow to heat through for approximately 5 minutes.

Stir through olives and drained pasta.

To finish, top with crumbled feta.
