  1. Into a large salted pot of water, add the fettuccine and cook to the packets instructions
  2. Meanwhile, in a frypan, add half the butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, along with the garlic & chili and begin to fry off for a minute on a low heat
  3. Turn the heat up to high, add the prawns and allow to cook for 30 seconds
  4. Working quickly to avoid overcooking the prawns, add the tomatoes by crushing them between your hands and the white wine and reduce the wine by half
  5. Add the cooked pasta with some of the cooking water, the remaining butter, parsley and season with salt and pepper
  6. Serve immediately
