Cook pasta as per packet directions.

In a large frying pan on high, heat the olive oil and add anchovies and fry for 1 minute.

Next add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they start to collapse.

Reduce heat to medium; add garlic, chilli, capers and olives to pan. Cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat, add tuna and stir through sauce.

Strain pasta and add to pan. Tear basil leaves and add to pan. Serve immediately and finish with a sprinkle of parmesan.
