1. Cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. In a large frying pan on high, heat the olive oil and add anchovies and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Next add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they start to collapse.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; add garlic, chilli, capers and olives to pan. Cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat, add tuna and stir through sauce.
  5. Strain pasta and add to pan. Tear basil leaves and add to pan. Serve immediately and finish with a sprinkle of parmesan.
