1. Cook pasta according to pack instructions. Drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over a low heat. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until onion is tender. Add tomato paste, cream and tuna, stirring gently until well combined. Cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. To serve, add pasta to the sauce with parsley, tossing to combine.
  4. Divide between 4 bowls.
