1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water for 10 minutes, then add broccolini and cook for 2 minutes longer. Drain and refresh under cold running water. Drain well and place in a shallow serving bowl. Add avocado, snow pea sprouts, mixed bean sprouts, baby kale and half the almonds. Toss to combine.
  3. Just before serving, shake jar of dressing and pour over salad. Toss gently. Top with remaining almonds.
