1. Cook San Remo tagliatelle nests following the packet instructions.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Sautè chopped onion until transparent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or so until the seafood is just tender – do not overcook.
  5. If the sauce tastes too tangy, add 1 teaspoon sugar.
  6. Serve on a bed of tagliatelle.
