Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cook gnocchi in a large pot of salted boiling water following packet directions. Drain and rinse. Return to pot.
Add passata, spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the parmesan and mozzarella cheese, basil, parsley, lemon zest, cherry tomatoes, and seasoning. Toss to combine.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
