1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, drain and set aside
  2. In a fry pan heat the oil and gently sauté the garlic and onion.
  3. When soft, add the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Add the veal strips and cook to seal. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir through the tomato paste, sweet paprika and cream, allow to reduce for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve beside the cooked fettuccine, sprinkled with parsley.
