1. Heat the oil and butter in a pot, until butter is melted.
  2. Next add the onion and cook on a medium to low heat for 4 to 5mins, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the bacon and cook for a further 3 to 5mins.
  4. Place zucchinis, peas and chicken stock into the pot and cover with a lid.
  5. Bring to the boil and add the pasta to the pot. Once boiled, reduce the heat and cook the pasta in the stock until pasta is al dente.
  6. Season with salt & pepper.
  7. Finally add parsley to pot and serve with parmesan over the pasta.
