Method

  1. Heat a large fry pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and pancetta and sauté for two minutes.
  2. Add garlic and chilli and sauté for two minutes.
  3. Add passata and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, add ravioli and cook as per packet instructions.
  5. Add the ravioli to the sauce and stir through to coat.
  6. Serve ravioli garnished with grated parmesan and enjoy with family and friends!
