Method

  1. Into a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta as per packet instruction.
  2. Meanwhile make the 6-minute sugo. Heat oil in a saucepan, add whole pieces of garlic, followed by the tinned tomato.
  3. Add basil leaves and simmer for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove garlic cloves. Drain Agnolotti and transfer into the sugo. Stir gently to coat.
  5. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parmesan and enjoy with family and friends!
