Ravioli with a free range chicken and mushroom filling, made using Quality Sfoglia Pasta (pronounced ‘sfoya’) – this is the traditional Italian way of using sheet on sheet pasta rather than folding the pasta to make the ravioli, provides a perfect balance of pasta to filling.
San Remo Chicken and Mushroom Ravioli is made with Australian free range chicken and contains 12% fresh free range egg pasta with no added artificial colours or flavours.

Cooking Instructions
Add entire pack of pasta to 3-4 litres of boiling water with salt to taste; pasta will separate during cooking. Simmer without stirring for 6 minutes, or until desired texture is reached. Drain and serve.
