Method

  1. Heat a large, deep frypan over medium to high heat. Add olive oil, onion and celery and sauté until softened.
  2. Add chilli, San Remo Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce and a cup of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add couscous and stir through.
  4. Add seafood and simmer until cooked through.
  5. To finish garnish CousCous pasta with chopped parsley and basil leaves.
  6. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
