Ingredients
1/2 cup San Remo Couscous
150mL milk
Pinch salt
Pinch cardamom
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
Caramel sauce, to taste
2 tbsp Pistachio butter
Coconut flakes, to taste
Raspberries, to taste
Method
Heat milk with salt, cardamom, tahini and rice malt syrup in a small pan or in the microwave until hot.
Pour over dry couscous in a bowl, cover and leave for five minutes.
Top with caramel sauce, pistachio butter, coconut and raspberries to taste.
