Place dressing ingredients in a small food processor and blend until smooth.

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet instructions. Cool cooked pasta under cold running water. Drain well, place into a large bowl and toss through olive
oil.

Meanwhile, bring a second pot of salted water to the boil. Prepare an ice bath by placing 1 cup of ice cubes into a medium bowl of water. Blanch the vegetables in boiling water until just tender and then place into the ice bath to cool quickly.

Drain the vegetables and chop into bite sized pieces.

Add the vegetables to the pasta, season with salt & pepper, pour over the dressing and toss well to combine.

Plate salad garnished with dukkah and basil leaves.
