Method

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over a medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, onion, chilli and parsley into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and ham into the pan and cook until they’ve softened, around 10 minutes. Once softened, add cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Season to your liking.
  4. Meanwhile, add pasta into boiling water and cook until almost al dente.
  5. Add pasta to the pot with the cream and allow to cook until pasta is fully cooked. If you need, add a little pasta water here. Season again with salt, pepper and parmesan.
  6. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
