1. Place garlic and pine nuts into a food processor and blend until a rough paste forms.
  2. Add basil leaves and continue to blend.
  3. Add parmesan, pulse to combine, then drizzle in the olive oil whilst pulsing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet instructions.
  5. Return the pasta to the pasta pot, pour the sauce over the pasta and gently stir to coat.
  6. Garnish with extra parmesan and basil leaves.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
