1. Place dressing ingredients in the bowl of a small food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Into a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet instructions. Cool cooked pasta under running water. Drain well, place into a large bowl and toss through olive
  3. Meanwhile, bring a second pot of salted water to the boil and prepare an ice bath by placing 1 cup of ice cubes into a medium bowl of water. Blanch the vegetables until just tender and place into the ice bath to cool quickly.
  4. Drain the vegetables and chop into bite sized pieces.
  5. Add the vegetables to the pasta, season with salt & pepper, pour over the dressing and toss well to combine.
  6. Plate salad garnished with dukkah and basil leaves.
