Method

  1. Cook San Remo Ready Pasta Penne according to the packet directions.
  2. In a bowl, add kale, olive oil and lemon juice. Massage the kale with the oil and lemon juice for around a minute (this helps soften the kale, making it ready to eat) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide all ingredients into two serving bowls. Enjoy!
