1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. Heat a heavy based large pan and add olive oil. Once oil is heated, add garlic and the chilli and begin to fry off for 30 seconds.
  3. Add in the anchovies and broccolini, season with salt and pepper, and allow to cook for about 3-4 minutes to soften the broccolini.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the fry pan and toss to combine.
  5. Add the bocconcini and drizzle with more olive oil before serving.
