1. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet instructions. Strain the pasta.
  2. Heat a medium frypan over medium heat. Add butter, melt and cook until light brown. Add garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the butter sauce and toss gently to coat.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated parmesan.
  6. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
