					In a pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta as per packet directions.

					Dice sweet potato into 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl with a small amount of water. Cook in microwave on high until soft.

					Once pasta and sweet potato are cooked, add to a fry pan with the pesto and cook on medium heat. Stir for 1-2 minutes and add sage.
				
			 
					- 
				
					Cook for a further 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
				
			 
					- 
				
					Divide into serving bowls and top with grated cheese if desired.

					Serve and enjoy with family and friends.
